We are committed to being transparent about how the Nareena Gold Aura platform handles your information. This policy explains our approach in plain language.

1. Overview

Nareena Gold Aura ("Platform", "we") is a blockchain-based staking platform operating on BNB Smart Chain. Because interaction with the Platform is wallet-based and on-chain, the personal data we collect is minimal by design.

This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

Blockchain data: Your BNB Smart Chain wallet address is collected when you connect to the Platform. This address is a public identifier on a public blockchain. All transactions you execute through the Platform (staking, claiming, unstaking) are permanently recorded on-chain and publicly visible.

Referral and network data: Your sponsor's wallet address, your referral code, and the identifiers of wallets in your direct network are stored to calculate and distribute reward payments.

Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage analytics including page views, navigation paths, and feature interactions to improve the Platform. This data does not directly identify you.

Support communications: If you contact support, we collect the content of your messages and any wallet address you provide to assist with your inquiry.

We do not collect: government IDs, date of birth, social security numbers, payment card information, or other traditional KYC documents unless required by future regulatory changes.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate the Platform: Your wallet address is used to identify your account, calculate reward entitlements, and process on-chain transactions.

To calculate and distribute rewards: Sponsor relationships, network levels, and staking positions are used to calculate all five reward streams.

To improve the Platform: Anonymized usage analytics help us understand how users interact with the Platform and guide product improvements.

To respond to support requests: Support communications are used solely to address your specific inquiry.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. On-Chain Data & Public Visibility

By design, all blockchain transactions are permanently and publicly recorded on BNB Smart Chain. This includes your wallet address, stake amounts, reward claims, and transaction timestamps. This data is visible to anyone who queries the blockchain.

We have no ability to delete or alter on-chain data. If you require transaction-level privacy, you should understand this limitation before participating.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We may use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session state (e.g., remembering that your wallet is connected during a browser session). We do not use tracking cookies for third-party advertising.

Analytics, if used, are aggregate and non-personally-identifying. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect certain Platform functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain wallet-address-linked data for as long as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with any legal obligations. On-chain data is retained permanently as it is part of a public blockchain and cannot be deleted.

Support communications are retained for a reasonable period to resolve disputes and improve service quality, after which they may be deleted.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. However, no system is completely secure. The security of your funds on-chain ultimately depends on the security of your private keys, which are your sole responsibility.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold off-chain (e.g., support communications). You may exercise these rights by contacting support.

We cannot alter or delete on-chain data. Requests to remove on-chain transaction records cannot be fulfilled.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications where practicable. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
