Terms of Service

By connecting your wallet, registering, or otherwise accessing the Nareena Gold Aura platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including those who register via a sponsor referral link. Registering on behalf of another person or entity is not permitted.

Nareena Gold Aura operates as a USDT staking platform deployed on BNB Smart Chain. Users may stake USDT for a fixed lock term (3, 6, or 12 months) and receive NGX token rewards derived from gold trading profit, as well as direct sponsor rewards in USDT for referring new participants.

The Platform does not operate as a bank, registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or securities exchange. Staking through the Platform is not equivalent to a savings account, deposit product, or regulated investment product.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding contracts and to use financial platforms. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Access to the Platform may be restricted or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory requirements. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful. The Platform does not represent that it is available or appropriate in all locations.

Access to the Platform is governed by your BNB Smart Chain wallet address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet private keys. The Platform does not store, manage, or have access to your private keys under any circumstances.

Loss of wallet access due to lost private keys, seed phrases, or unauthorized access is not recoverable by the Platform. No refunds or recovery mechanisms exist for funds associated with lost wallet access.

One wallet address corresponds to one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent referral restrictions or reward calculations is prohibited and may result in disqualification from reward distributions.

Stakes are subject to a lock period corresponding to the selected term. Principal may not be withdrawn during the lock period without incurring a 5% early unstake fee. This fee is non-refundable.

Passive yield rewards are distributed only when realized net gold trading profit is available for distribution. There is no obligation to distribute a minimum yield in any given month. Months with zero profit result in zero distribution.

Sponsor reward calculations are based on direct downline deposits confirmed on-chain. The Platform reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, self-referral abuse, or other violations of these Terms.

Leadership milestone bonuses are discretionary and subject to qualification criteria that may change. Publication of criteria does not constitute a binding promise of payment.

NGX is a utility token distributed through the Platform reward system. It is not a security, investment contract, or interest-bearing instrument. Holding NGX does not confer ownership in any entity, right to dividends, or right to any share of company assets.

The Platform makes no representations regarding the future value, liquidity, or exchangeability of NGX tokens. You acknowledge that the value of NGX may decrease to zero.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) create false referral relationships or self-referral chains; (c) interfere with smart contract operations or attempt to exploit contract vulnerabilities; (d) misrepresent the Platform to third parties as a guaranteed investment product; (e) use automated scripts, bots, or tools to manipulate reward calculations.

The Platform reserves the right to exclude wallets from reward distributions and terminate access where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.

By participating you confirm that you have read and understood the full Risk Disclosure published at nareena.gold/risk. You acknowledge that participation involves material financial risk including loss of principal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform, its operators, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of staked assets due to smart contract vulnerabilities, network failures, or regulatory action.

The Platform's total aggregate liability for any direct damages shall not exceed the value of USDT you have actively staked at the time of the claim.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. Material changes will be announced through the in-app notification system where practicable.

These Terms are governed by applicable law to the extent permitted. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform should first be addressed informally through our support channel. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings.
